Danuworld's raison d'etre is to be a fair trade company, to promote fair trade and to be fair in all of our tradings and transactions as well as being a sustainable business. But we want to be more than just a fairtrade online store pushing our fair trade products, we want to ensure that a sustainable lifestyle is achievable for everybody, without compromising on style or function. On browsing through our extensive range of fair trade homeware, not only will you notice the high quality of our handmade products, but you will also see a very large proportion of them are fair trade AND made from recycled materials AND are stylish! All of our beautiful range of ethical products must fall into at least one if not all of the following criteria to make it into our shop;1. Fairtrade, fairly traded or at the very least the highest ethical standards in manufacture.2. Recycled materials where possible. Our precious earth's resources need to be protected and preserved, so where a new item is needed, if it can be used from reclaimed items and given a second usage, then all the better. We have really worked hard to ensure most of our products are recycled, and once you have finished with them recyclable or bio-degradable. Being eco-friendly is our thing, it comes naturally to us.3. Stylish. We all want to have beautiful homes, and at Danuworld we don't feel the need to compromise on that just because we also want ethical products.4. Made as locally as possible, we love supporting small artisans from abroad, but equally, you will find a wide range of UK and Irish made products in our store.
Whether you are buying fairtrade homeware for your own house, or as an ethical gift we have a wide range to suit.
